Warranty - Custom Rods

JSOutfitter is a limited liability company and reserves the right to base warranty claims on the experience of our staff. Warranties described herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranties granted by JSOutfitter. Replacement value may not exceed the original purchase price of the rod. The Warranty is only valid when the fishing rod is used in a manner that the manufacturer intends. Neglect by the owner is described as failing to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance and care to the fishing rod. Products are warranted no questions asked for the first 15 days and become limited one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. JSOutfitter shall in no way be liable, or in any other way responsible for any incidental or consequential personal or property damage. JSOutfitter reserves the right to amend or change the Warranty at any time. 

Custom Rods are subject to a $25 service fee and additional shipping fees.
